Divemaster Course with Kohala Divers

PADI Divemaster Course

The PADI Divemaster course with Kohala Divers LTD will solidify your dive skills and dive theory, while teaching you how to be a dive leader and student mentor. In approximately 14 days of classroom, confined water, and open water practice, you will earn a PADI Divemaster certification, and be able to work as a Divemaster and live the dream!

COURSE PREREQUISITES:

Candidates must be 18 years old, have at least 40 logged scuba dives, be certified as a PADI Advanced Open Water and PADI Rescue diver, and have completed recent EFR Primary and Secondary care certification. Candidates must be medically evaluated and cleared for diving by a physician within the past 12 months. We can provide the PADI medical form

Course $1885 (for private course: Group discounting may be available)

Additional Costs:

Fees to PADI: eLearning Dive Theory (optional – currently $173)

Divemaster application fee: $150 on Application 2023 Pricing

Required Materials: PADI Divemaster eLearning and materials $478.80

Other required items:

All personal dive equipment, timing device, pocket mask, logbook, and gear as described in PADI Instructor Manual.

TIME REQUIRED:

Approximately 14 full days, often with 2 morning boat dives and afternoon confined water or classroom work. Ideally, flexible schedules would allow you to work with all types of students, and a longer internship is wonderful.

• Download the medical form off our website www.kohaladivers.com. Have your physician sign off on your diving career!

• Follow the link on our website to PADI eLearning. Sign up for the FREE Divemaster introduction and designate our shop #150 as your shop. Consider the “Diving Knowledge Workbook” or the eLearning “Dive Theory” program.

• Schedule your class time with Kohala Divers by calling, emailing, or stopping in to collect your Divemaster materials and eLearning code.
