Passion
If this is not on some level your dream job then it's probably not where you belong. We are passionate about the ocean, sea life and the scuba / snorkeling sport.
Knowledge
We are excited about being educated in everything we do. Knowledge of the sea life we encounter, the gear that we sell and knowledge of safety procedures. Every employee should keep up on topics relative to our industry. We will offer education regularly in these topics and always if requested.
